Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specially for you. If you cannot keep an appointment, please provide our office with at least 24 hours advanced notice. Cancel only if it is an emergency. A $45 fee will apply for missed appointments. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.

Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive orthodontic treatment that fits your budget. The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss the cost of your treatment and tailor payment options with you before you begin.

We offer a variety of payment options which are cash, cheques, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and monthly payment plans. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.

We do not accept direct payment from insurance companies, but we will make it as convenient as possible for you to complete the necessary insurance forms. Dental plans vary, but most cover at least a portion of orthodontic fee.

Orthodontic fees are qualified medical expenses which may be used for income tax purposes. Contact your income tax advisor for further information.
